The budget planner is an illustration and not a media plan or a recommendation. Actual commercial terms are fixed on the approved milestone scope.

4. No performance guarantee

Search rankings, advertising costs, conversion rates and campaign results depend on third-party platforms, competitor behaviour, market conditions and factors within your own business. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic volume, cost per lead, return on ad spend or revenue outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

5. Third-party platforms

Delivery depends on platforms including Google, Meta and others, each with its own terms, policies and approval processes which may change without notice. Account suspensions, policy rejections and algorithm changes are outside our control. We advise on compliance but cannot warrant any platform's decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All content, layout, wording, design and marks on this site belong to Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content without written permission. Work produced for a client under an engagement transfers to that client on payment, as set out in the engagement terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different arrangement agreed in an executed services agreement between us.
