1. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, business name, email address, telephone number, website, service interest, budget range and enquiry details you provide. Our web server also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostic purposes.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit and a milestone scope, and maintain a record of our commercial correspondence. We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is accessible to Akontec personnel involved in responding to your enquiry, and to service providers who host our website and email under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are retained while there is an active commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Where an engagement follows, retention is governed by the executed agreement. You may ask us to delete an enquiry record at any time.

5. Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to support@akontec.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction may give you further rights, which we honour where they apply.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website is a static site and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google servers. If analytics or advertising pixels are added in future, this section will be updated before they are enabled.

7. Client account data

Where we are engaged to manage your marketing, we work inside accounts owned by you using delegated access. We do not export, copy or retain your customer lists, audience data or analytics data beyond what is needed to deliver the agreed scope. On termination our access is revoked and the data remains in your accounts.
