Rank because the
page deserves it.

Search visibility is earned by fixing what is broken, answering what people actually ask, and being worth citing. There is no shortcut that survives an algorithm update, and we do not sell one.

01 — The programme

Four workstreams,
run in this order.

Sequence matters. Publishing content onto a site that cannot be crawled properly is the most common wasted spend in Indian SEO.

WORKSTREAM 01

Technical foundation

Making the site legible to search engines and fast enough for the people who arrive.

  • Full crawl audit — broken links, redirect chains, orphan pages
  • Indexation review and robots/sitemap correction
  • Core Web Vitals and mobile performance fixes
  • Structured data: organisation, service, product, FAQ, review
  • Canonical, hreflang and pagination handling
  • HTTPS, redirect and site-migration safety checks
WORKSTREAM 02

Keyword & intent mapping

Deciding which searches are worth winning, and which are vanity terms that will never convert.

  • Seed research from your sales calls, not just a tool export
  • Intent classification — informational, commercial, transactional
  • Competitor gap analysis on the terms that matter
  • Mapping every target term to one owning page
  • Cannibalisation cleanup where two pages compete
  • A realistic priority order by difficulty and value
WORKSTREAM 03

On-page & content

Building the pages that deserve to rank for the terms you chose.

  • Title, meta, heading and internal link optimisation
  • Service pages and location pages that are genuinely distinct
  • Content briefs written to cover the question fully
  • FAQ blocks with matching structured data
  • Image optimisation, alt text and file hygiene
  • Refresh programme for pages that have decayed
WORKSTREAM 04

Local & authority

Visibility where the search has geography attached, and the credibility signals that follow useful pages.

  • Google Business Profile optimisation and posting
  • Review generation process and response templates
  • Citation and NAP consistency across directories
  • Multi-location and franchise profile structure
  • Digital PR and earned coverage — never paid links
  • Internal authority routing to priority pages
02 — Timeline

What actually
happens, when.

SEO timelines get oversold constantly. This is the honest shape for a typical Indian small or mid-sized business site with existing pages and some history.

Audit and fix

Technical problems identified and corrected, tracking made trustworthy. Rankings rarely move yet — the ground is being prepared.

Month 1

Structure and publish

Priority pages built or rewritten, internal linking corrected, local profile work live. Long-tail terms typically start moving.

Month 2–3

Compound

Coverage widens, older pages are refreshed, earned coverage begins. Commercial terms usually start appearing in the top pages here.

Month 3–6

Consolidate

Positions on core terms stabilise, organic becomes a predictable channel, and the cost per enquiry from search usually falls below paid.

Month 6–12

The honest caveat

This shape assumes an existing domain with no penalties, a site we are allowed to change, and a competitive landscape that is not dominated by national players with ten-year head starts. New domains take longer. Highly competitive national categories take much longer. We will tell you which situation you are in during the audit, before you commit to anything.

03 — Measurement

What we report,
and what we ignore.

Ranking screenshots are the easiest metric to flatter and the least useful to a business. We lead with the numbers that connect to revenue.

Reported every month
  • Qualified organic sessions, by landing page
  • Organic conversions and enquiries
  • Ranked keyword coverage and position distribution
  • Impressions and click-through rate from Search Console
  • Local pack visibility, calls and direction requests
  • Pages published, fixed and refreshed this milestone
  • What did not work, and what we are changing
Deliberately not headline metrics
  • Total keyword count, including terms nobody searches
  • Domain authority scores from third-party tools
  • Raw traffic without a qualification filter
  • Backlink volume divorced from relevance
  • Bounce rate quoted without context
  • Ranking screenshots taken from a favourable location

These appear in the appendix where useful. They do not lead the report, because they are the numbers most easily made to look good.

Next step

Tell us the goal.
We will scope the milestones.

Share what you sell, who buys it and what you have tried already. You get a written scope with the deliverables, the timeline, the milestone payments and an honest read on what this channel can and cannot do for you.
