Content marketing

Written by someone
who asked questions.

Content works when it answers a real question better than the page currently ranking. That requires understanding your business, not just your keyword list — which is why every content milestone starts with a conversation.

01 — Formats

What we write,
and what it is for.

Every piece has a job. If we cannot say which search, which stage of the buying decision or which sales objection a piece addresses, we do not commission it.

FORMAT 01

Search-led articles

Built from a keyword brief and an intent analysis, structured to cover the question completely, with schema and internal links in place at publish.

  • Brief includes target term, intent, competing pages and required sections
  • 800–2,000 words depending on what the query needs
  • FAQ block with matching structured data
  • Two rounds of revision included
FORMAT 02

Service & location pages

The pages that actually convert. Genuinely distinct per service and per city — not one template with the city name swapped.

  • Written against local search behaviour and real service differences
  • Proof, process and pricing context where you have it
  • Clear single call to action per page
  • Built to be indexed, not duplicated
FORMAT 03

Product & category copy

For eCommerce and marketplace listings, where copy quality moves both ranking and conversion rate.

  • Category page copy that supports rather than clutters
  • Product descriptions with attributes buyers search for
  • Marketplace listing copy for Amazon and Flipkart
  • Consistent tone across a large catalogue
FORMAT 04

Email, WhatsApp & video

The follow-up layer — where most Indian businesses leave the largest amount of money on the table.

  • Welcome, nurture and win-back email sequences
  • WhatsApp campaign copy within platform policy
  • Short-form video scripts with shot lists
  • Case studies and sales collateral
02 — Process

How a piece
gets made.

Five stages, with your input concentrated at the two points where it matters most — the brief and the review.

Discuss a content plan

Brief

Target search, intent, audience, angle, required sections, internal links and the call to action. Approved by you before writing starts.

Day 1–2

Research

Competing pages, your own materials, and a short call with whoever in your team actually knows the subject.

Day 2–3

Draft

Written by a person, edited by a second one. AI is used for research and outline support, never as the published draft.

Day 3–6

Review

You review for accuracy and tone. Two revision rounds are included; factual corrections are never counted as revisions.

Day 6–8

Publish and track

Formatted, illustrated, schema added, internally linked and published, then monitored for indexation and early ranking movement.

Day 8–10
03 — On AI-written content

Where we do and
do not use it.

We use AI tools for research, outlining, first-pass keyword clustering and editing support. We do not publish generated drafts as finished work, because content produced at volume without subject knowledge reads generic, ranks briefly, and damages the credibility of the brand that published it.

Everything we deliver is written or substantially rewritten by a person who understands your business, and reviewed by a second one. If you would rather have volume than quality, there are cheaper suppliers, and we will say so rather than pretend to compete on price.

Next step

Tell us the goal.
We will scope the milestones.

Share what you sell, who buys it and what you have tried already. You get a written scope with the deliverables, the timeline, the milestone payments and an honest read on what this channel can and cannot do for you.
